Weight Loss Advice
Here are two great pieces of weight loss advice that anyone could give you. The key things in weight loss are always getting blown out of proportion these days. When you think about it, certain things just make weight loss work for you and what some scams are trying to do is to pull you away from those and refocus you onto different things. Read these two points right here and you will be set!
Weight Loss Advice
1. Stop looking at food
The simple thing is to stop looking at food. When you think of things like water rather than food, your body doesn’t try to drive itself towards food. Rather, you can start a habit of drinking more water, which is healthy and clears out all unnecessary toxins that can limit your progress.
A glance at food can mean that you start craving. Stop looking! You’ll save so much more time and you won’t feel like eating as much. As you probably already know, less eating means less weight to lose later on.
2. Spin around everyday
There’s a certain something that has been around for a while. Spin around like a little child! This ancient trick has made weight loss a tad bit easier because it has a special effect on your body. This has been rumored to be a fake thing, but it’s not! It’s actually very real and the results it provides are very real as well.
Weight loss advice isn’t all about scamming common people anymore!

These are great tips. I am not sure if the last one would really work though. I was to a doctor yesterday who gave me this advise: Go on a church mouse diet. That is where you eat like a church mouse-smaller portions. Eat your food slower, chew more times and then swallow. If you need to drink water (2-3 glasses) while you eat do that. So you would take a mouthful of food, chew it, swallow it and then drink water before the next mouthful. You can also talk between mouthfuls. Do whatever you need to to slow down the eating process. It take 20 minutes from the time you start to eat and the time it takes for your brain to send the signal that you are full. So eat small protions and let it take you a long time to eat the small portion. You also need to watch the calories of the food you eat. But the smaller portions will help to reduce the amount of calories you take in everyday. Have a great holiday!
